Payment receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, and Mastercard. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK/Euro. Danish kroner and Euro is incl. VAT. uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that nobody else than you cannot read your information.

Delivery delivers within 1-2 business days, with orders made before 12:00

A 1 year warranty is given according to the Buying Act. Our warranty applies to errors in material and / or fabrication.
The complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service. will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Packages sent on demand are not received.

If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

14 days full return policy is given on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
You must pay the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and from the cancellation you must within 14 days after returning the shipment.

The item’s condition when you return it
You will only be liable for any deterioration of the value of the product due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature of the product, its characteristics and the manner in which it operates.

A valid and supported debit card is required to use our “full” subscription solutions, in addition to the free trial.
The subscription runs for 1 year at a time, after which you are automatically unsupscribed.

No refund
You may terminate your “full” subscription solutions at any time. Repayment will only be made if required by law.
For example, users living in the European Union have the right to terminate their paid account within 14 days of signing up, upgrading or renewing a paid account.

trial Period
You can use our “full” package free of charge for up to 30 days when you register a new device.
At the end of the trial period you will be automatically moved back to a “free” subscription.
If it is suspected that several new accounts are created by the same customer or under a new name, in order to avoid paying a subscription, reserves the right to block an account.

Automatic payment
Automatic payment can be selected, whereby your “full” subscription is automatically extended, with prepayment of the next period.
You can revoke your consent for automatic payment at any time.
